POLICIES
Classes are open to 18+, any body, and any gender.
PURCHASES
Outside of noted exceptions, all sales are final and non-refundable. Neither session fees nor standalone workshop fees may be shared or transferred among students.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
All class fees, including drop-in fees, must be paid in full before the class takes place unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the instructor. Unpaid spots will not be held.
LOW ENROLLMENT
Class sessions and workshops with fewer than 4 pre-registered students will be cancelled and refunded.
ARRIVAL
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. The door is locked for security reasons when class begins.
WAITLIST
If you join a waitlist but can no longer attend class, please let me know as soon as possible to allow another student to move up. I can most reliably be reached via email at MoveWithIlluma@gmail.com.
PRIVATE PARTIES
Private parties require a deposit of $100 at the time of reservation. If there is a need to cancel or reschedule your private party, please provide at least 48 hours of advance notice. Deposits for any private party cancelled with less than 48 hours of notice will be forfeited. Private party no-shows will still be responsible for the full party cost.
CHOREOGRAPHY
Thank you for considering my choreography for your performance! To ensure that my work is respected and properly credited, please keep the following in mind:
*Credit: Whenever my choreography is performed, please credit me both in writing and verbally. This means that my name should appear in any programs, promotional materials, or video credits, and should also be announced to the audience before or after the performance.
*Approval: Before my choreography can be used in any performance or setting, I must approve it first. Please reach out to me at least 30 days ahead of time to discuss the details.
*Modifications: If you'd like to make any changes to the choreography, I’d like to approve them beforehand. I’m always happy to discuss any adjustments you’d like to make, but I want to make sure we’re on the same page.
*Commercial Use: If the choreography is being used for a commercial performance or project (e.g., for-profit or media), we will work out a separate agreement to cover compensation and licensing.
Let’s work together to keep things clear and respectful! Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting my work!
